Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to award a contract to Online Solutions, LLC (DBA Citizenserve) for a web-based code enforcement case management software system in the amount of $202,000 for the first year, which will include data conversion and implementation costs, and $66,000 per year for each of the four subsequent option years.

The City of Savannah desires to implement this software solution to provide mobile (in the field operations) capability to code compliance officers and an online portal for citizen use.  These mobile operations will increase the efficiency of code compliance officers and the online portal will provide citizens greater transparency and continuous feedback on complaints submitted to the Code Compliance Department.

The contract term shall be from February 27, 2020 through December 31, 2021.
