| Description The Pennsylvania Avenue Resource Center (PARC) and the Savannah Youth Ambassadors (SYA) were honored as recipients of the Mediation Center of Savannah’s Youth Collaboration Awards. As a department, they provide several programs that support youth, seniors, and families, and they pride themselves in building a network of reliable community partners. We are proud to have both PARC and SYA recognized as youth collaborators by our long-time community partner, the Mediation Center of Savannah.
