Description T-Mobile South LLC (T-Mobile) currently pays an annual rental rate of $59,550.25 for placement of telecommunication equipment on the City’s Water Tank at 29 Sapelo Road on Wilmington Island. The tenant is seeking to modify current equipment at the lease premises. T-Mobile will pay an increase of $500 per month for the modifications, staff resources providing access, and time and effort of this amendment. Upon approval and execution of the Amendment, the annual rental rate will be adjusted to $65,550.25 and prorated for the remainder of the current term year. | |
