Recommend approval of a major subdivision plat of Savannah Highlands Subdivision Building D, Phase 2A, being of a portion of the Highlands at Godley Station located at Cromer Street and Orkney Road in Aldermanic District 1. The subdivision is comprised of 0.558 acres creating eight single-family lots.

The Savannah Highlands Building D, Phase 2A  major subdivision has been reviewed and accepted by the City and MPC staff.

Approval
