Motion to Renew Annual Contract for Traffic Sign Blanks with Osburn Associates, Inc. and Vulcan Signs (Event No. 3086)
Recommend approval to renew annual contract for traffic sign blanks with Vulcan Signs in the amount of $29,521.40 and Osburn Associates, Inc. in the amount of $30,540.80 for a total of $60,062.20.
The Traffic Engineering Sign Shop uses aluminum traffic sign blanks to fabricate and to assemble traffic control signs. The traffic sign blanks ensure pedestrian and vehicular safety within the City.
The contract term will be from June 8, 2017 through June 7, 2018.
