Description The Petitioner requests an amendment of the Zoning Map from B-C (Community Business) to RMF-2-20 (Residential Multi Family -2-20) in association with a proposal to construct 60 apartment units by the junction of Interstate 95 and Fort Argyle Road.
The rezoning request was filed concurrently with a request to amend the Future Land Use Map to reflect the ‘Multi Family Residential’ use on the subject parcel (24-002525-ZA-FLUM). At the time of the request, the parcel was designated part of the Urban Core Character Area with a future land use of ‘Suburban Residential.’

Recommendation On June 3, 2025, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request to rezone the subject property from B-C (Community Business) to RMF-2-20 (Residential Multifamily-2-20). | |
