| Description Port Wentworth has requested an increase in assigned capacity for sewer service to be received and treated by the City of Savannah from a portion of their municipality that is not covered by their water reclamation facility. This increase has been carefully analyzed by City of Savannah Staff and necessary conditions have been added to the agreement to prevent negative impacts to the City of Savannah Publicly Owned Treatment Works and modernize the terms and conditions for consumption charges. An updated sewer service area delineation has also been included in the Sixth Amendment. | |
