Atlantic Marine Warehouse Company has requested a water and sewer agreement for Georgia Marine Warehouse Phase 3, a 45,000 sq. ft. warehouse addition with incidental office space to an existing warehouse. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 1.9 equivalent resident unit development located at 2495 Tremont Road. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
