| Description Recommend approval to procure flooring for Tremont Community Center from Culver Rug Company, Inc. in the amount of $49,760. The Tremont Community Center is located at 2015 Paige Avenue, Savannah, GA 31401 and is approximately 3,000 square feet. Culver Rug Company, Inc. will remove existing floor, install all new flooring which will include tile and carpet for the entire Tremont Community Center. The cost will include all materials, labor to install, clean up, and the removal and disposal of all debris. This project was not identified as an SBE project because the requirement of three certified SBEs could not be met at the time this bid was released. | |
