Curtis E. Winters for Chuck’s Bar Inc. t/a Chuck’s Bar, is requesting a location transfer of a Class C (Liquor, Beer and Wine) (by the drink) alcohol license from at 301 West River Street to 224 West Lower Factor Walk.  The new establishment is located between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and the Barnard Street Ramp in Aldermanic District 2.  No concerns were noted by neighborhood association or Savannah Police Department.  The applicant plans to continue to operate a bar/lounge (New location/existing owner).
