The 2019 Adopted Service Budget and Program set appropriations for the various funds for the 2019 fiscal year, including the Community Development Fund.  Per the Budget Ordinance, any amendments to appropriations above the legal level of control must be adopted by Council.  The notification for the Community Development Block Grant entitlement applicable to the 2018 fiscal year was received in April 2019.  Based on the actual appropriations received, it is necessary to amendment the adopted budget for the Community Development Fund above the legal level of control at this time.
