Savannah Harbor Owner, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Savannah Harbor, a development consisting of 242 single family homes on Hutchinson Island in the President Street Plant service area in Aldermanic District 1. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 242 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $1,560,900 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
