Description

Approval of a Major Subdivision Sweetwater Station Phase 12.  The subject property is the twelfth phase in a subdivision named Sweetwater located at Sessile Oak Drive and Snowbell Court. This proposed phase totals 13.156 acres and will consist of 42 single family lots with varying lot sizes. Sweetwater Phase 12 entrance will use a shared entrance from Phase 1.

The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase will be City of Savannah water and sewer services.

According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel 13051C0255G, the subject property is located in Zone X, and not a special flood hazard as determined by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
