Recommend approval to procure replacement of existing fencing at the Guy Minick Youth Complex in the amount of $88,037.20.

The Buildings and Grounds Department will use this equipment to replace the current fence which was installed over 25 years ago. The Complex, located at 7200 Sallie Mood Drive, is used for youth baseball, football, softball, and soccer. While notifications were sent to all known suppliers, only one vendor attended the mandatory pre-bid conference and submitted a bid.
