Recommend approval of an annual contract for weed control chemicals to BWI Companies in the amount of $12,720.00; to NaturChem, Inc. in the amount of $37,860.00; to John Deere Landscapes/SiteOne in the amount of $723.00; and to CWC Chemical, Inc. in the amount of $4,248.00 for a total contract amount of $55,551.00.

The Stormwater Management Department uses these chemicals to kill unwanted vegetation in ditches, canals, and associated rights of ways. One item is maintained in inventory at the Central Warehouse; others are in inventory at Stormwater Management Department. The low bidder was selected for each line item.
