Description Petitioner: Robert L. McCorkle for Patrick All (File No. 18-002315-ZA) is requesting approval of a rezoning map amendment for properties located at 2824 and 2830 Dixie Avenue at the intersection of Dixie Avenue and Kerry Street from the existing R-6 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District, to a B-C (Community Business) classification. The subject site consists of two residential lots, each of which is 60 feet in width and 150 feet in depth for a total lot area of 9,000 square feet for each lot. The subject property has been in the R-6 Zoning District since adoption of the current Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance by the City in 1960. The Planning Commission heard the rezoning petition at their June 5, 2018 Regular Meeting. However, this petition is submitted without a recommendation because an even number of commissioners voted and two votes resulted in a tie. | |
