The special called meeting of the Mayor and Aldermen was held at 10:00 a.m. Following the roll call, Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order.

Special Meeting Agenda Items

Mayor Johnson provided an overview by reading the description section, as provided in the agenda packet.

Mayor Johnson declared the public hearing to receive comments on the 2022 property tax millage rate open.

Speaker(s):

Rose McGuire (D6) resident - OPPOSED to property tax increase, the public needs time and education prior to Council adoption.

Upon asking if there were any other members of the public present to speak, Mayor Johnson closed the hearing and adjourned the meeting at 10:13 a.m.
