Savannah Harbor Partners, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Savannah Harbor Phase 1, a development consisting of 280 apartment units, retail space, and a marina in the President Street Treatment Plant area in Aldermanic District 1. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 193.6 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $1,003,070 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Council and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
