| Description Recommend approval to procure repair parts for a biosolid (sludge) dryer from Huber Technology in the amount of $130,000. Water Reclamation Staff will use new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts to repair the sludge dryer located at the President Street Plant. The dryer system experienced a small fire in which some of the internal components were damaged and need repair. This is a sole source because the new OEM parts from Huber Technology must be used to maintain the warranty. | |
