Motion to Award Annual Contract for City Wide HVAC Maintenance to Edge Air Conditioning (Event No. 4836)
Recommend approval to award a contract for the City-wide HVAC Maintenance contract, in the amount of $83,400.00, to Edge Air and Refrigeration. Edge Air will help the City's HVAC staff with automation and chiller issues, repairs and/or replacements, as needed. The low bidder was not selected because specialized HVAC certifications that were listed in the contract are not current and up-to-date.
