The Savannah Economic Development Authority (SEDA) and Merritt Land Holdings, LLC have requested a Water and Sewer Agreement for the Nine-Line Apparel project.  The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 18 equivalent residential unit development off of Fort Argyle Road/Hwy 204. The City of Savannah will share infrastructure costs up to a maximum of $245,000.00.  The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
