Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Lammons Construction for Repairs to the Savannah Police Department Headquarters in the Amount of $52,350.08 . These repairs will be used by the Office of Capital Projects Management to repair the damage caused by Hurricane Matthew to the Savannah Police Headquarters Building. This project will repair interior finishes, which include but are not limited to: hard wood floor repair, carpet replacement, millwork repair, window jamb repairs, ceiling tile replacement, and air conditioning side panel replacement. The work will only repair those areas that were damaged by the hurricane.    

This event had an 18% DBE goal. The recommended proposer submitted DBE participation at the subcontractor level in the amount of 30% using MPW Construction.
