| Description Recommend approval to procure a hardware upgrade for the ShoreTel System from CNP Technologies in the amount of $55,389.97. The Department of Information Technology will use this upgrade to bring 60 switches current. The server software will be upgraded as well. This is a sole source because CNP Technologies currently holds the maintenance agreement on the existing hardware. It is critical to have this upgrade because the current hardware is quickly approaching the end of its useful life and will no longer be able to receive software updates. | |
