Enmark Stations, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for Enmarket on MLK Boulevard, a 4,210 sq. ft. convenience store with fuel pump canopy. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 4.11 equivalent resident unit development at 405 Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
