The Downtown Savannah Authority (DSA) intends to issue bonds to assist the City of Savannah in financing the acquisition and construction of pedestrian improvements to West River Street, which will include extending the riverwalk, a public elevator, and other streetscape/hardscape improvements.

This announcement is a legal requirement, and is related to Item 3 on the January 4, 2018 City Council Agenda.
