Solution RP SAV, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for 202 International Trade Parkway, a 391,040-square-foot warehouse.  The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 10.9-equivalent residential unit development off State Highway 21 in the Savannah River International Trade Park, just east of Interstate 95. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
