| Description Recommend approval to renew two annual contracts for construction testing services with Whitaker Laboratory (primary) and Terracon Consultants, Inc. (secondary) for up to $463,506.00. The contracts will be used by the Office of Capital Projects Management and various City departments, divisions and units. The contracts will cover six areas of testing, which include but are not limited to: soils testing, pavement testing, structural concrete testing, industrial hygiene, environmental testing and special inspections. The original contracts were approved by Council May 9, 2019. These contracts expire on January 27, 2022 and have no renewal options available.
