| Description The EOA for the Savannah-Chatham County area was established in 1964 by a joint resolution of the City of Savannah, Chatham County Commission, and the Board of Public Education. The agency's charter was approved on January 6, 1965. Each year members of the Authority appear before public officials at these three organizations in order to present their annual report. | |
