Description

.Recommend approval to purchase two Tilt Gooseneck Trailers from Econoline Trailers, Inc. in the amount of $26,330 from GSA Contract # GS-30F-042BA. The Gooseneck Trailers will enable the department to transport heavy equipment, additional tools, and attachments to provide emergency services (oil spills, hurricane clean up, interdepartmental co-operation). The trailers are essential to provide the services our citizens and visitors expect. As a member of GSA and per Section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, staff recommends procuring the Tilt Gooseneck Trailers from Econoline Trailers, Inc. via GSA contract # GS-30F-042BA.
