| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for scrap tire disposal services with Quality Tire Recycling, Inc.(D) for up to $35,000. The Sanitation Department uses the services to dispose of scrap tires from the Dean Forest Road Landfill, Bacon Park Convenience Center, Fleet Services and City Lot. In addition, this contract is also used for illegal dumping tire removal operations. The original contract was bid and approved by Council on December 19, 2019.
