Beacon Builders, Inc has requested a water and sewer agreement for The Palms Subdivision Phase 1A which consists of 70 single family homes in the New Hampstead area.  The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 70 equivalent residential unit development off Highgate Boulevard.  The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
