| Description During the annual fire pump flow test, and additional maintenance on the fire pump, it was observed that the pump housing has deteriorated. As a result of the deterioration and a low-pressure test, it was determined that the pump needs to be replaced to prevent an unexpected failure. The fire pump is an essential component of our fire protection system. It is recommended that the Savannah Airport Commission ratifies the emergency purchase and installation of the fire pump from B & J Fire Protection, Inc., in the amount of $48,989. | |
