Description

Recommend approval to award an annual contract for asphaltic concrete to Preferred Materials, Inc. in the amount of $40,000. The Mobility Services Department will use this contract to supply material with hot-mix asphalt to repair potholes, utility cuts, and pavement defects caused by tree root damage, low patches, or rutting. Under this contract, the City will pick up material from the vendor and complete the necessary repairs.

The contract term will expire on December 31, 2020. This contract will have three additional available renewal options.
