| Description BHA Benton Park Owner, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, has requested a water and sewer agreement for Aventon Benton Park, a 295 dwelling unit, multi-family residential project located at 2080 Benton Boulevard. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 162.6 water and 145.9 sewer equivalent resident unit development. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
