D.R. Horton, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for The Pines at New Hampstead Phase 6, a development consisting of 119 single-family homes located at 3800 Highgate Boulevard in the Southwest Quad service area and is in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 119-equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer Connection fee totaling $1,032,325 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
