Description

Central Port Partners 11B-2, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for CPLC Building 11B. This development consists of a 942,800 square-foot warehouse space and a 40,000 square-foot office space. The property is located at 1000 Landmark Boulevard in Rockingham Farms off Veterans Parkway in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 19.43 equivalent residential unit development. The new Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $74,806 is based on the proposed water consumption. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
