| Description During the 60 percent design review meeting, FedEx requested additional office space. The revised design will convert a second-level mezzanine area into usable office space, allowing the facility to grow to a 6k package operation in the future. The new office space will be gained from a mezzanine area that is approximately 8,500 SF. Additional work includes redesign of the mezzanine area and the addition of an elevator shaft and stairs. | |
