| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for caustic soda with Colonial Chemical Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $35,000.00. Caustic soda is used to adjust pH levels to maintain plant discharge requirements. This renewal includes an increase of an average of $0.25 per pound. However, the annual contract amount is reflective of the projected usage of caustic soda for the upcoming contract term. This contract was originally approved on October 16, 2014. This is the third of three renewal options available. The contract term will be from February 14, 2018 through February 13, 2018. | |
