  • Located on Benton Boulevard at the intersection of West Mulberry Boulevard
  • Parcel C1 is 7.860 acres; Parcel C2 is 52.703 acres; and new street rights of way are 4.505 acres, Total area is 65.068 acres
  • Current PIN numbers are 2-1016-01-013 and 2-1016-01-036
  • Currently zoned PUD-C in the City of Savannah
  • Aldermanic  District 1
  • Lots will be served by City of Savannah Water & Sewer
  • The property is located within Zone X which is outside of the 100-year flood zone.
