21. Approval of Transfer of Ownership from Gulfstream Park Place, LLC to GPSS Gulfstream Owner, LLC to Enter into an Agreement with the City of Savannah to Provide Water and Sewer Services. These services will be provided to the development at 116 Gulfstream Road which consists of two modular office trailers and a container storage area in Aldermanic District 1.

Description

PSG Terminals and Tennessee Commercial Warehouse entered into an agreement with the City of Savannah to provide water and sewer to the development at 116 Gulfstream Road which consist of two modular office trailers and a container storage area. the original agreement was executed on April 10, 2013.  On August 25, 2022, the property was conveyed to Gulfstream Park Place, LLC.

 

In this agreement, the owner agreed to pay the City the cost of the construction of a force main outside of the property boundaries over 50 years at $1,554.52 per year. Gulfstream Park Place, LLC, prior owner, has now conveyed the property to GPSS Gulfstream Owner, LLC (new owners) and GPSS Gulfstream Owner, LLC wishes to enter the same agreement/arrangement that PSG Terminals, Tennessee Commerical Warehouse and Gulfstream Park Place, LLC previously had with the City. The property is in Aldermanic District 1.
