| Description AV-Tech, Inc. provides a software platform for services to support the SAC Customer Care Team and will also assist with special service request passengers arriving and departing from the Airport. The technology connects with the passenger reservation system of airlines serving SAV and provides, in advance, any special needs or requirements of the passenger. AV-Tech is used at 158 airports worldwide and is the highest recommended software platform available on the market. The two (2) year agreement includes both a software license and a hardware lease for the tablets and location beacons. Recommend Approval | |
