| Description This modification is for the add on of additional shot clocks to portable backstops from Porter in the amount of $5,983.30. The modification is for the additional shot clocks to be added to the backstops in the new Enmarket Arena. The portable backstops will be used for basketball events at the Arena. The original order included (3) 1835 portable backstops that extend to 10ft 8in and come with a 10-year limited warranty. The backstops meet FIBA, NCAA, and NFHS requirements. The Enmarket Arena is currently being constructed near the corner of Gwinnett Street and Stiles Avenue in Savannah, Georgia. The total amount approved for the purchase of portable backstops including this modification is $68,758. This procurement was made through a cooperative purchasing agreement through Sourcewell contract No. 071819-PTA. Cooperative purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method in Division 10 Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance. | |
