Title 36. Approval of a Major Subdivision: Flannery Ward Lots 65, 66 & 67. The subject property is the first phase and only anticipated phase of the Flannery Ward Subdivision. This proposed subdivision is located on West 38th Street between Montgomery Street and Jefferson Street, totals 0.403 acres, and will consist of seven (7) single family lots to be occupied by single family attached buildings in Aldermanic District 2. Description The subject property is a major subdivision of Lots 67, 66, and half of Lot 65 of Flannery Ward. This proposed subdivision totals 0.403 acres and will consist of 7 single family lots to be occupied by single family attached buildings. All lots have frontage on W. 38th Street and W. 37th Lane. The required infrastructure improvements to support these lots currently exists in the W. 38th Street right of way.
According to FEMA Flood Map Panel #13051C0161G, the subject property is located in Zone X. The water and sewer service for this project are provided and maintained by the City of Savannah. | |
