Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement for EnerGov software with Tyler Technologies in the amount of $43,041.45. EnerGov is used to track the permitting and inspections activities performed by various City departments, including Development Services, Traffic Engineering, Film and Permitting Services, Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police Department, and Savannah Fire and Emergency Services. EnerGov also provides online payment submittal options.

This is a sole source because Tyler Technologies is the original provider of the software. It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when it is necessary.

The contract term for the annual maintenance agreement will be from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
