Recommend approval to procure interior renovation services from CPPI of Georgia, LLC in the amount of $70,765.00. These services, partially funded through voter-approved SPLOST, will be used by the Real Estate Services Department to renovate the kitchen at Fire Station No. 7, located at the corner of Eisenhower Drive and Sallie Mood Drive in Aldermanic District 4. The proposed renovations include new kitchen cabinets and appliances; re-surfacing flooring throughout the facility; and re-painting the interior.

This event was originally identified as an SBE project; however, no SBE firms submitted a bid so the event was extended and opened to the rest of the market.
