| Description Recommend approval to procure construction services from Astra Group, Inc. in the amount of $498,888.00. The construction services will be used by the Office of Capital Project Management to upgrade the electrical facilities along River Street and Rousakis Plaza. Work under this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform work upgrading the electrical system on Rousakis Plaza on River Street. Work includes, but is not limited to, installing new panels, installing conduit, minor demolition, and lighting fixtures for the stage. This project will be funded using proceeds from a Downtown Savannah Authority (DSA) bond issued in 2018 for downtown streetscape improvements. The recommended bidder submitted DBE participation in the amount of 61.7% using Rawlins Electric. | |
