| Description T-Mobile South LLC (T-Mobile) currently pays an annual rental rate of $33,165.00 for placement of telecommunication equipment on the City’s water tank at 400 Airport Avenue near the Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport. The tenant is seeking to upgrade equipment at the lease premises. No other terms or conditions will change. This 2nd amendment to the lease has been reviewed by the Water Resources Department and by Real Estate Services. Equipment installation is in accordance with approvals and attached as Exhibit B-2 to the 2nd Amendment. Equipment installation shall be coordinated with the City’s Water Resources Department. | |
