Recommend approval to procure an outdoor shelter from Game Time c/o Dominica Recreation Products, Inc. in the amount of $40,429.40 through US Communities for Government Purchasing Alliance Contract #2017001134. The shelter will be used by park users at Ogeecheeton Park to enhance park amenities located in District 1.

As a member of US Communities for Government Purchasing Alliance and per Section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, staff recommends procuring the Outdoor Shelter from Game Time c/o Dominica Recreation Products. Inc via US Communities contract # 2017001134.
