Recommend approval to procure a columbarium from Eickhof Columbaria in the amount of $55,490. The Ely-96 Niche Columbarium will be used by the City of Savannah Cemeteries Department. The columbarium will be installed along the riverbank in Greenwich Cemetery, adjacent to the two existing columbaria. This unit will contain 96 companion niches that will be available for sale to the public. The Ely 96-niche columbarium will be made of white Cherokee marble with a concealed locking mechanism.  Currently, there is no remaining niche inventory.

This is a sole source because the columbaria must be consistent in style and color and the locking hardware used on the columbaria must be consistent with the existing units.  As the previous two columbaria were procured from this vendor, consistent style, color, and locking mechanisms will be obtained by procuring this columbarium from this supplier.
