The Savannah Airport Commission recommends approval to renew a Five-Year Customer Support Program Service / Maintenance Agreement with Convergint Technologies (formerly SDI/ Isys, LLC. Convergint Technologies will provide customer support program services for the Pelco Endura Camera system and related equipment to ensure optimal performance, integrity, and reliability of the systems are maintained. This agreement will reduce system downtime and will limit costs associated with system maintenance. The services include inspections, preventative maintenance, priority emergency service response, database management, and 24-hour customer support. The Commission originally approved the maintenance agreement with SDI/Isys, LLC in March of 2014, and approved the assignment and assumption of the agreement to Covergint in April of 2018. The current service agreement expires on December 31, 2019. The five-year annual renewals are as follows:
